Our client, a big International Company, is looking for candidates to fill the position of Receptionist.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Full administrative support;
  • Answering to all office telephone calls;
  • Meet visitors, inform employees of visitors’ arrival;
  • Register incoming & outgoing correspondence;
  • Processing employee business trips (booking hotels, tickets, etc.);
  • Making translations and documents preparation;
  • Courier and mail services.
Job Requirements / Qualifications:
  • Desirable relevant experience;
  • Excellent communication skills (oral/written);
  • Fluent Ukrainian/Russian;
  • Fluent English;
  • Advanced PC user (MS Office);
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize;
  • Great organizational skills;
  • Positive attitude;
  • Team focused.
